"We had such a great time and learned so much!"
"I would recommend it to both novice and experienced wine tasters."
"What a lovely, informative and easy party. Eddie shared his joyful spirit and made it simple for us to learn new wines. The food pairings were delicious!"
"I drank a lot of wine, learned a lot, and enjoyed the heck out of myself."
It started with a bicycle trip through the south of France.
As we rode, the seeds were planted for what would be the genesis of Drink Wine & Learn. On that trip, he and his friends pedaled 15–30 miles each day—often stopping—at two different wineries and vineyards in the region of Bordeaux. At night, they stayed in a different chambre d’hote (B & B), and were treated to a four- or five-course meal, perfectly paired for each course.
That experience—enjoying great wine and food with friends in a casual atmosphere—became the heart of Drink Wine & Learn.
It is Edward’s mission to improve your enjoyment and understanding of the wines you drink.
